LAGOS | Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce | Prop-tech trade mission

The Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce invites business to join them for the 2019 Prop-Tech Trade Mission to Lagos Nigeria from the 19th to 21st of March 2019 at the Southern Sun Hotel, Ikoyi, Lagos.

With a burgeoning middle-class population, growth in consumption, rapid urbanisation and a young demographic, Nigeria possesses all the key factors for real estate investment and growth.

The demand for housing of all kinds – retail, leisure centres, commercial and affordable residential homes is at an all-time high and will only get higher. With globalisation, the need to deploy technology to improve both construction and facility management has become very glaring. The mission aims to provide participants with insights into the coming disruption on Property Tech and bring all the various players together for meaning conversations that can translate into business opportunities.
