COBCOE Quality Standard and Accredited Members

The COBCOE Quality Standard certification programme was launched in March 2015 to identify and promote good practice among the members of COBCOE. It also aims to improve and streamline the quality of service delivery through this new measurable standard, moving forward each year through a four-year accreditation programme.

From 1 Jan 2015, all new members are required to register and undergo the process of becoming a Quality Standard Certified Chamber (QSCC) before being accepted as a member of COBCOE.

Currently, the following chambers have been recognised for achieving the standard and are officially QSCC registered COBCOE chambers:

The British Chamber of Commerce in Belgium (Platinum)

The British Bulgarian Business Association (Platinum)

The British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic (Platinum)

British and Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce in Finland (Silver)

COBCOE Quality Standard rosettesBenchmarking for the COBCOE Quality Standard has been based on the original extensive Chamber of the Year awards programme, which has successfully encouraged best practice among the members of COBCOE over the years.

Now, however, only chambers that have received Quality Standard recognition can enter the prestigious awards programme.

After being awarded the initial Quality Standard, chambers can progress
to the Silver, Gold and Platinum Quality Standards accreditation programme.
