Robin Walker MP, Minister, Department for Exiting the European Union to speak at COBCOE conference

Robin Walker MPRobin Walker MP, Minister for the Department for Exiting the European Union, is confirmed as a keynote speaker at our conference on 12 June at the International Business Festival.

With so many major changes taking place, it is difficult for businesses to plan for the future. We have invited senior representatives of government and business to give their visions of the future at our conference entitled 'We need to talk about...the Global Future of Business'.

Robin will discuss what the practicalities of transition look like for businesses and explain the key milestones in this period. He will also repond to questions put to him by Paul Hardy, Brexit Director of DLA Piper, the Global Law firm, and former EU Legal Adviser to the House of Lords.

Paul Hardy, DLA PiperPaul will ask the minister about the UK Government's strategies for Brexit, its understanding of how the process will work, it's latest thinking on the future relationship with the EU's Customs Union and how British businesses should be preparing.
