COBCOE to partner International Business Festival 2018, launched by HRH Prince William

We will be working as International Engagement Partners for the International Business Festival 2018. This renewed partnership will create opportunities for international delegations to attend, and for new trade and investment agreements to be forged at the three-week festival in Liverpool in June next year.

The festival was officially launched at a reception in London on 28 September, attended by HRH Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, who announced his patronage of the festival. The Prince said: "I am pleased to announce my patronage of the 2018 International Business Festival, an event held in Liverpool on behalf of Britain, bringing together business people from around the world.

"The UK's propsperity relies on its wealth of innovative and ambitious small and medium-sized businesses. Whenever I have had the chance to meet the people who run such enterprises, I have been struck by their ingenuity, drive and commitment."

The event was held in Lancaster House in London and was attended by Deborah Lamb, Head of Communications, and Adam Szpala, Operations Executive, on behalf of COBCOE, along with Joost Visser from COBCOE Connects.
