COBCOE trade conference at the International Festival for Business (IFB) 2016
As an international partner of IFB 2016, we are organising a one-day trade conference at the Festival as part of our Make Europe Work!® programme. This will provide practical help, in-depth knowledge and unique insights into trade opportunities in Europe and the UK, looking at specific sectors and the supply chain.The COBCOE Make Europe Work! trade conference will take place on 14 June 2016 in. 'Beyond the City' report – IFB 2016 commissioned research by Oxford Economics to identify economic growth hot spots around the world and in the UK. It was released on 24 June – one year out from the start of IFB2016. Read more
Education and business solutions with new strategic partner
A new agreement between COBCOE and Global University Systems (GUS) will provide educational and business solutions that will benefit COBCOE members, students and other stakeholders of both organisations. Key divisions of the GUS network, including the London School of Business and Finance and the online education provider InterActive, will team up with COBCOE to create platforms for training and the exchange of international best practice.
The GUS campus at Tower Hill, London, is not only a major hub of knowledge and business education, it is now home to COBCOE as well. New address details are below.

It provides practical help and valuable insights on topical subjects written by people who are leaders in their fields.
New white paper on TTIP
TTIP will provide growth in Europe, but the process has reached gridlock on investment protection and the Investors-to-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS).

COBCOE Public Affairs Committee (PAC) news
With the British General Election out of the way, the PAC is focusing on British Parliamentarians and EU matters. To this end, COBCOE recently made a call on the Luxembourg Finance Minister, Pierre Gramegna, prior to the Luxembourg Presidency of the EU, commencing 1 July 2015.
